These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jessica Rios Photography website, photography and photo booth services, and SMS/text messaging services. By using our services or opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you agree to these Terms. SMS/Text Messaging Terms By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Jessica Rios Photography, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to the services for which you provided your number. Messages may include:
• Photo booth photo, GIF, video, or digital-content delivery
• Responses to inquiries
• Appointment or booking information
• Event-related communications
• Customer-service communications
• Other communications for which you have provided consent Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opting Out You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again. Supported Carriers Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and network availability.

Photo Booth Services
Guests using our photo booth may have the option to provide a mobile phone number to receive photographs, GIFs, videos, or other digital content.
Providing a mobile number is voluntary. When SMS consent is requested, guests must affirmatively opt in before receiving applicable SMS communications.
Photo booth images and digital content may only be available for a limited period. We do not guarantee indefinite storage or availability of photo booth content.
Photography & Other Services
Photography, photo booth rentals, event services, packages, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, image usage, delivery, and other contracted services may be governed by a separate written service agreement. If a separate signed agreement applies to a specific service, the terms of that agreement will also apply. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, photo booth technology, messaging services, photographs, galleries, or other services.
You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Changes to These Terms
